West Northamptonshire Retail Study (March 2009)

The West Northamptonshire Retail Study was carried out for the West Northamptonshire Joint Planning Unit by CACI and is a background evidence-based document which will inform the Local Development Framework.

The Study includes analysis of current and future patterns of retail spending, a review of the performance of the centres network, future retail patterns, and an assessment of comparison and convenience goods capacity.

An Executive Summary is included at the start of the Study.
