A review of the West Northamptonshire Local Development Scheme has been undertaken and a report was approved by the Joint Strategic Planning Committee at its meeting on 17th December 2009.
The revised Scheme was approved by the Government Office for the East Midlands in February 2010.

Please note:- The timetable for the Pre-Submission of the Joint Core Strategy has now slipped to allow for an assessment of the impact of the changes to planning policy being made following the change of Government. The Joint Planning Unit has been instructed to prepare the Plan for consideration by the Joint Strategic Planning Committee meeting due to be held on 31st January 2011.
