West Northamptonshire Joint Strategic Planning Committee

The West Northamptonshire Joint Strategic Planning Committee between

(a) Northamptonshire County Council;
(b) Northampton Borough Council;
(c) Daventry District Council; and
(d) South Northamptonshire District Council

was established by Statutory Instrument 2008/1572 (download here), and came into force on the 25th July 2008.

The functions of the joint committee are to consider future revisions to the local development scheme and the preparation, submission and revision of joint local development documents specified in the current and any future local development schemes.
